Do your prices include installation?
Yes, all of our package prices are fully inclusive of design, materials, and complete installation on your property by our professional in-house team. The price you are quoted is the price you pay to have the building constructed and finished.
Are there any hidden costs not shown in the package tiers?
We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. The only additional cost not included in the standard pod price is the main electrical connection from the pod to your house. This is because the cost varies greatly depending on the distance, the routing (e.g., trenching through a lawn vs. lifting a patio), and the state of your existing consumer unit. We will quote this exactly during your free site survey.
Can I mix and match features between tiers?
Absolutely. Our tiers serve as a starting guide to help you understand price points. If you want a Silver tier sized building but wish to upgrade to Gold tier aluminum bi-fold doors, or you want a Bronze tier shell but with upgraded Silver tier insulation, we will simply tailor a bespoke quote for you.
