Is the initial site survey truly free?
Yes, our initial site survey and consultation are completely free and carry absolutely no obligation. We believe it is essential to view your space, understand your ground levels, and discuss your vision in person to provide an accurate quotation.
What areas do you cover for garden room installations?
Pendle Pods primarily serves Lancashire, Yorkshire, and the wider North West region. If you are located slightly outside these areas, please still get in touch, as we can often accommodate projects further afield depending on our current schedule.
How quickly will I receive my quote after the survey?
We aim to deliver a comprehensive, fixed-price quotation alongside preliminary 3D design renders within 3 to 5 working days following your site survey. Complex or highly bespoke "Premium Tier" builds may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.
